AISI 304 scotch brite stainless steel worktop, 1,2 mm thick. AISI 430 steel smooth cooking plate, 15,0 mm thick, compliant with MOCA regulations. Structure realized in AISI 430 stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel splash guards. Heating by armoured resistors in AISI 304 steel. Power control with regulation thermostat for the working temperature and manual reset safety thermostat. Front channel with drain hole and GN 1/3, 65h mm, for collecting oil and grease, positioned in the lower compartment. Warning lights showing the appliance is on. Knob made of athermic material. Feet in AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable in height.
