AISI 304 scotch brite stainless steel worktop, 1,2 mm thick. Structure realized in AISI 304 stainless steel. Grooved cooking plate in AISI 430 stainless steel for MOCA regulation, 15,0 mm thick. AISI 304 stainless steel splash guards. Gas burner with two flame tubes, two cooking zones. Valve tap, thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition. Front channel with drain hole and GN 1/3, 65h mm, for collecting oil and grease, positioned in the lower compartment. Knobs made of athermic material. Feet in AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable in height.
