Work top in stainless steel AISI 304 scotch brite with thickness 1,2 mm and printed recess for collection of juices. Entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel. Cast iron round electric cooking plates diameter 220 mm, power 2,6 kW each, with fast heating, equipped with thermal protection device. Each plate is controlled by a 7 position switch. Warning lights show when cooking plates are on. Knobs in athermal material. Chrome plated feet.
