The top table is pressed and equipped with a large, rounded bowl to create a wide oil expansion area, so to avoid any oil overflowing during cooking.
Heating is via armored stainless steel resistors, secured with a special device that allows rotation for an easy tank cleaning.
The oil temperature is controlled by a thermostat set at 190°C, with safety thermostat.
