Tanks in AISI 304 stainless steel 17,0 litres capacity, 1,5 mm thick, pressed in a single piece, with rounded edges. The top table is pressed and equipped with a large, rounded bowl to create a wide oil expansion area, so to avoid any oil overflowing during cooking. Tubular steel burners, placed externally under the tank. Safety valve and thermocouple. Burner and pilot flame ignition via valve. Temperature regulation via working thermostat. Maximum operating temperature 190°C, safety thermostat. Oil discharging tap placed in the lower compartment. AISI 304 stainless steel hinged doors with magnetic closing. Baskets, lids and nr. 1 oil draining tank included. Knobs in athermal material. Handles in stainless steel AISI 304. Feet in AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable in height.
