Cooking tank in AISI 316 stainless steel bottom, specifically designed for processing highly acidic products, and AISI 304 walls. Balanced AISI 304 lid with heat-insulating handle. Steel load-bearing structure. Thermal insulation provided by thick fiberglass panels. External AISI 304 stainless steel cladding. Mixer tap (hot/cold water) for water filling and adjustable spout. Front drain tap in chromed brass with insulating handle. Jacket pressure control via 0,5 bar safety valve. Vacuum valve and analog pressure gauge. Jacket water level tap and heating stop in case of insufficient water level. Heating via high-efficiency stainless steel tubular burners. Piezoelectric ignition and pilot flame. Minimum/maximum tap with thermocouple safety system. Feet in AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable in height.
