AISI 304 stainless steel 8 lt tanks, 1,5 mm thick, pressed in a single piece with a wide cool zone where the cooking residuals are collected and evacuated through the discharger.
The top table is pressed and equipped with a large, rounded bowl in order to create a wide oil expansion area, so to avoid any oil-overflowing during cooking and basket handling.
The oil-discharging tap is in chromate-brass. Oil is discharged in a steel bowl, equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel filter.
Heating by means of high-performance stainless steel sheathed resistors, fixed with a special device that allow their rotation for an easy cleaning of the tank.
The temperature of cooking oil is controlled by a high precision electric thermostat, which controls an electric switch that gives power to the heating groups.
The maximum working temperature is set at 190 ° C, and a safety thermostat interrupts the power circuit in case of anomalies that could bring the oil temperature to exceed 230 ° C.
The bulbs of work and safety thermostats are placed inside the resistors and carefully protected against accidental impacts.
The panel comes with 2 lights – a orange one (on/off) and a white green (voltage in the resistors), indicating respectively the presence of voltage and that heating groups are on.
