Work top in stainless steel AISI 304 scotch brite with thickness 2,0 mm. Entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel. Stabilized black porcelain enamel cast iron burners, double crowned of 7,4 kW and single crowned of 5,5 kW, with thermocouple and protected pilot flame. Manual ignition. Bright porcelain enamel cast iron and acid-resistant grid for one top burner. Smooth mild steel cooking plate 12,0 mm thick with removable centre part for easy maintenance and cleaning. Under plate burner 12,0 kW with piezoelectric ignition. Valve tap, pilot flame and protected thermocouple. Knobs in athermal material. AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable legs.
