Entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel scotch brite. Flippable grid with squared elements and removable tray for food residues. Nr. 5 resistors 0,44 kW 230V installed inside the squared grid for a uniform cooking. The resistors are controlled by a working thermostat (temp. regulation 55°-320°C), with general warning lamp and heating elements lamp. Safety thermostat working when the temperature overcomes 360°C. Cool-grip knob. Feet for bench model.
