Entirely in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel scotch brite. Work top in stainless steel printed with a recess for collection of juices, depth 22,0 mm. Chromium-plated cast iron open burners – single crowned of 4,5 kW– with thermocouple and protected pilot flame. Manual ignition. Bright porcelain enamel cast iron and acid-resistant grid for one top burner. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material. AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel adjustable legs. Certified according to EC standards.
