Removable burner to facilitate cleaning and maintenance, with removable drip-pans under the burner. Gas taps with flame failure device, with protected thermocouple and pilot light. Manual ignition. Round grids (GRIGLIA/CC) for traditional pans and pots, or Wok support rings (CERCHIO/CC) built in black enamelled cast iron. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material. AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable legs.
