Entirely of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel scotch brite. Rounded work surface in AISI 304 stainless steel, with rear flue chimney. Bright and hard chrome cooking plate, thickness 15 mm: grooved. Splashguards in AISI 304 stainless steel. Front grease runner with hole-drain and fat collection drawer. Power controlled by a switch-thermostat; thermostat from 100°C to 270°C for working temperature and manual reset safety thermostat. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material. AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel adjustable legs.
