Tank made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, 12.0mm thick. Electric tilt. The water inlet is delivered by a spout tap positioned on the top. Hinge and lid complete with handle in AISI 304, balancing of the lid in all positions by means of a tension spring. Heating by means of a single steel burner which guarantees excellent uniformity of the temperature on the bottom of the tank. Gas supply by means of a valve and temperature adjustment by means of a thermostat. During the tank overturning phase, the main burner flame goes out automatically, only the pilot flame remains lit. As soon as the vat is returned to the cooking position, the main burner reignites automatically. Height-adjustable feet in AISI 304 stainless steel.
