Entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel scotch brite. Pyroceram top with electrical resistances able to heat the cooking top with irradiation. Heating circuit in circular zones. The zones are marked with proper serigraphs that allow the proper positioning of the pans. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material. AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable legs.
