AISI 304 stainless steel 21 lt tanks, pressed in a single piece with Y shape completely rounded and treated with vulcanized silicone paint on the whole surface of contact with the combustion chamber for maximum durability and thermal improving, and a wide cool zone where the cooking residuals are collected and evacuated through the discharger.
The top table is pressed and equipped with a large, rounded bowl in order to create a wide oil expansion area, so to avoid any oil-overflowing during cooking and basket handling.
The oil-discharging tap is in chromate-brass. Oil is discharged in a steel bowl, equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel filter.
Steel tubular multigas burners, located under the tank and assisted by gas valve with electric power, allow you to have the tank completely clean. Safety thermostat 235° C and working thermostat 190° C are housed inside the tank and are well protected against accidental impacts. The thermal insulation between the combustion chamber and the outer casing increases the caloric exchange and reduces heat losses.
The mechanic valve and safety thermocouple, which guarantee a specific power of about 1,0 kW per liter of oil, allow a rapid rise in temperature of the oil itself when we load the unit.
The temperature of cooking oil is controlled by a high precision electric thermostat that controls the valve of the gas supply to the burners to obtain an immediate response to drops in temperature due to the introduction of the load.
The maximum working temperature is set at 190° C, and a safety thermostat interrupts the flow of gas in the event of a fault, which would bring the oil temperature to exceed 235° C.
