Bright and hard chrome cooking plate, thickness 15 mm: 1/2 smooth and 1/2 grooved. Splashguards in AISI 304 stainless steel. Front grease runner with hole-drain and fat collection drawer. Power controlled by a switch-thermostat; thermostat from 100°C to 240°C for working temperature and manual reset safety thermostat. Knobs made of heat-resistant material. Stainles steel AISI 304 legs.
