Entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel scotch brite. Rounded work surface in AISI 304 stainless steel. Mild steel plate 15,0 mm: grooved. Splashguards in AISI 304 stainless steel. Front grease runner with hole-drain and GN 1/3 positioned in the lower compartment for collecting oil and fats. Power controlled by a switch-thermostat; thermostat from 100°C to 240°C for working temperature and manual reset safety thermostat. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material. AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable legs.
