Entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, scotch brite. Work top in AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 2,0 mm printed with a recess for collection of juices. Cast iron squared electric cooking plates - 300x300 mm each - with internal safety thermostat; power controlled by 7-position switch, with warning light showing when heating elements are on. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material. AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable legs.
