AISI 304 stainless steel splash guards. Gas burner with two flame tubes, one cooking zone. Valve tap, thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition. Front channel with drain hole and GN 1/3, 65h mm, for collecting oil and grease, positioned in the lower compartment. Knob in athermic material. Feet in AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable in height.
